Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ShopStory.co.in, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product we deliver is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items received by the customer.

  • To be eligible, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition.

  • The video proof is mandatory and helps us verify any damage or defect claims.

2. Replacement & Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be provided for the same product (subject to availability).

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Products without proper video proof of unboxing will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Items that are used, damaged due to mishandling, or returned without valid reason will not be accepted.

  • Certain product categories such as pens, notebooks, or perishable stationery items may not qualify for return once opened.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

ShopStory reserves the right to approve or reject any return/refund request based on the provided evidence and condition of the product.
