At ShopStory.co.in, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product we deliver is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items received by the customer.

To be eligible, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition.

The video proof is mandatory and helps us verify any damage or defect claims.
2. Replacement & Refund Process

Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be provided for the same product (subject to availability).

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Products without proper video proof of unboxing will not be eligible for return or refund.

Items that are used, damaged due to mishandling, or returned without valid reason will not be accepted.

Certain product categories such as pens, notebooks, or perishable stationery items may not qualify for return once opened.
4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

In case of cancellation before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
