Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for orders placed through your account or guest checkout details.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by pincode. Online payments are processed through the payment service shown at checkout. Cash on delivery may not be available in every delivery area. For Delivery Advance + COD, actual forward and return courier charges may be deducted from the advance when a dispatched parcel is refused or returned because of an incorrect or unreachable customer address, customer unavailability through reasonable delivery attempts, or failure to complete an agreed collection. Any unused balance is refunded, and this deduction does not apply to ShopStory cancellation, delivery failure outside the customer’s control, or an approved wrong, damaged or defective item claim.

Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address or recipient provided at checkout.

Cancellations, replacements and refunds are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under applicable law.

We may update these terms as ShopStory grows. The version available when you use the store or place an order applies to that use or order.
