  • Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners across India.

  • Estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on location and stock availability.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.

 
6. Returns and Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

  • Some items (like stationery sets, pens, or opened packaging) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and resale reasons.

If we are unable to fulfill your order or service, a full refund will be initiated within the specified time frame.

Failure to raise a refund request within the given period makes you ineligible for a refund.

 
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for select locations and products.

  • Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may lead to suspension of this option for your account.
