We currently deliver only within India.

 

Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders may not be processed on Sundays or public holidays.

• During high order volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

• Shipping charges start from ₹49.

• Delivery timeline: 2–8 business days.

• Suitable for regular deliveries at economical shipping rates.

Premium Shipping

• Shipping charges vary based on parcel weight and destination.

• Delivery timeline: 2–6 business days.

• Mostly shipped through air transport for faster delivery.

• Includes:

  • Priority handling

  • Faster dispatch and transit

  • Extra protective packaging for improved product safety

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Parcel weight

• Delivery location

• Selected shipping method

Shipping charges start from ₹49 and may increase depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

 

Delivery Delays

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays, including:

• Weather conditions

• Transport disruptions

• Operational issues with courier partners

• Remote or rural delivery locations

Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than the estimated timeline.

 

Order Cancellation & Shipping Refunds

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• If the shipment has not yet been scheduled for pickup, any shipping charges paid will also be refunded.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

We recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel for quicker resolution in case of damage claims.
