ShopStory delivers across India, subject to serviceability for the delivery pincode. Pincodes 312001 and 312021 have local delivery options and share the same local product prices where applicable.

Charges are shown before you place the order and can vary by delivery area, order value and shipping weight. Any free-delivery threshold is also shown at checkout.

For Delivery Advance + COD orders, if a dispatched parcel is refused, cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or unreachable address, the customer remains unavailable through reasonable delivery attempts, or an agreed collection is not completed, actual forward and return courier charges may be deducted from the online advance. Any unused balance will be refunded. No such deduction applies where ShopStory cancels, delivery fails for reasons outside the customer’s control, or an approved wrong, damaged or defective item claim applies.

For orders across India, 2–7 business days is the ideal delivery window ShopStory aims to achieve. Local Chittorgarh orders are usually delivered within 24 hours. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer because of courier or serviceability issues, high order volumes, public holidays, severe weather, transport disruptions, remote locations, regulatory restrictions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
