• Delivery Policy

 1. Delivery Area

​

Free delivery is available only within Chittorgarh City (Pin code: 312001).

 

 

 

Delivery outside Chittorgarh is possible with extra charges, starting at ₹60, based on parcel weight. Charges will be communicated to the customer after order placement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Delivery Charges (Chittorgarh City)

 

 

Orders above ₹200 – Free Delivery.

 

 

 

Orders below ₹200 – Delivery charge of ₹20.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Delivery Timeframe

​

We aim to deliver on the same day, usually within 15 minutes to a couple of hours.

 

 

 

Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

 

 

 

In rare cases (bad weather, item unavailability, festivals, or holidays), delivery may take up to 2 days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Delivery Method

Deliveries within Chittorgarh are handled by our in-house team.

 

 

 

Deliveries outside Chittorgarh are done through partner services.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Payment Method

​

We offer Pay on Delivery via cash or UPI and online payment methods like UPI, Cards and more via our partner payment gateways.

 

 

 

Customers can pay by cash or through UPI/online payment at the time of delivery if they choose Pay on delivery method.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. If Customer is Unavailable

​

If the customer is not available at the delivery address, they will be contacted.

 

 

 

The customer may choose to pick up the order from a fixed location.

 

 

 

If the order is not picked up within the specified time, it will be cancelled.
