Request deletion of your ShopStory account and associated personal data without installing the app or signing in. ShopStory is a brand of Madhav Stationers.
How to request account deletion
1. Email shopstoryindia@gmail.com with the subject “ShopStory account deletion request”. Send it from your registered email where possible, and include your registered account email and mobile number.
2. Our support team will verify that you own the account. If you cannot access your registered email, tell us so we can arrange another ownership check. Never send your password, payment PIN or OTP.
3. After verification, we will process the request and confirm what was deleted and what must be retained. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an expected completion date.

The button opens an email draft. Send the email to submit your request; opening the draft does not submit it. If no email app opens, use the address above in your email service.
What we delete
Following verification, we delete your login account and customer profile, including its name, email and mobile number, and remove associated personal data that is not required for a legitimate retention reason. The account cannot be used to sign in afterwards. This is deletion, not merely account deactivation.
What may be retained, and for how long
Some order, sales-bill, payment, refund and delivery records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations, fraud prevention, or an unresolved delivery, return or dispute. Access is limited to those purposes. Retained personal information is deleted or anonymised when the applicable obligation or case ends; we will explain the relevant reason and retention period in our response. No single fixed period applies to every record.
Optional abandoned-cart reminder records expire after seven days. Payment and delivery providers may separately retain records they are required to keep under their own policies. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, and account deletion does not cancel an order or initiate a refund.

Use the same email address with the subject “ShopStory personal data deletion request” and tell us which data you want removed. We will verify ownership and explain any information that must be retained.
